Caribbean and West Coast Flights on Sale

JetBlue has a Bikini Sale to the Caribbean starting at $29 one way. Flights must be purchased by Aug. 26 for travel between Sept. 8 and Nov. 18. Sample fares include.

• $29 between Fort Lauderdale and Nassau, Bahamas
• $59 between Orlando and Aguadilla, Puerto Rico
• $89 between New York and Kingston, Jamaica
• $99 between Boston and Bermuda


For those looking to go to St. Kitts, and live in one of six states with direct flights to the Caribbean Island, the St. Kitts Marriott Resort is offering a special rate of $79 a night. The rate is available to residents of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, North Carolina, Florida and Georgia. A minimum three-night stay is required.

If you’d rather seek warmer weather on the West Coast this fall, Virgin America is offering coast to coast fares for $109 each way. Tickets must be purchased by Sept. 8 for travel from Aug. 28 to Nov. 18, Dec. 2 to 16 and Jan. 6 to Feb. 10. Sample fares include.

• $109 between San Francisco and Boston
• $109 between New York and Las Vegas
• $109 between Los Angles and Boston
• $109 between Seattle and New York


The sale fare is valid for travel Monday through Thursday and Saturday. Friday and Sunday flights are $25 more each way.
